Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association The mission of the AGLA is to encourage, foster, and promote the sport of girls lacrosse in the state of Arizona in a safe, inclusive and sportsmanlike environment. About Us Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association is a seasoned and longstanding organization supporting high school girls lacrosse throughout Arizona.  Supporting and amplifying Varsity and Junior Varsity programs that promote inclusiveness and a no cut policy, AGLA is proud to be a cornerstone for fostering player development, personal and team growth in alignment with the passion for the game.  In addition, the powerful lacrosse clubs that are part of AGLA enables a growth path for the players by elevating the honed strengths and skills at the Varsity level regardless if the desire is to compete for a localized event such as an Arizona State Championship or prepping for next level play at the collegiate level.
